The delivery time is between 2-12 weeks depending on the item. Most items are custom made and are therefore excluded from exchange/return policy. The time specification in the article description refers to the time at which the goods will be shipped. We have no influence on the delivery time from the day of sending to the arrival at the customers chosen address. Weather conditions or an increased volume of parcels e.g. through the Christmas period can delay the delivery. Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. 

The shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Assembly is not included. 

ATTENTION! After receiving the package, carefully inspect the bed BEFORE unpacking and assembling and in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, the damage report must be written down within a maximum of 5 days after delivery. Without damage report transport damages can not be considered!
