We will keep you up to date when your order is on it’s way. Our courier will send you a text or email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order.
We’re sorry if your item is damaged. Please contact our Customer Care Team, send them your full order details (Order number, name and address with post code) and they will be happy to help.
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. If you order items with different dispatch times, we’ll deliver them separately.

Not to worry, our couriers will leave you a calling card or send you an email or text to let you know they’ve been. Follow the instructions to arrange a day that’s more convenient for you. For smaller items they may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. Please remember if you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. In addition, we charge an administrative fee of £100 for unpacked packages.
Your delivery date is printed on your receipt or order confirmation, but you can track your order once you have received your dispatch email. Click the link in the email to track your order. Our couriers will also email or text you on the day of delivery to let you know they’re on their way.

Please remember items that are custom made according to the consumer’s instructions or which have a clear personal touch CAN NOT BE RETURNED as they are made according to the customer’s own specifications.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached.
This excludes items that have been personalised for you or that are custom made according to the consumer’s instructions.
We welcome payment by the following credit and debit cards on our website at sweetbabyland.co.uk: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron. We also accept payments by PayPal and Klarna.
The refund will be made in no later than 14 days from the date we receive and check your goods. Please note that all refunds are sent to the original method of payment.
